Brought my tower computer in with no clue what was wrong. They took it apart, cleaned it, put it back together. When I got home something else was wrong and I brought it back. Turns out I was doing something wrong, they explained it and didn't charge me the second visit. Amazing service and super friendly gents.
I had a broken phone and the team at Sully Tech in Rockland took great care of me. They were friendly, professional, and had my phone working again much faster than I expected. It's so nice to deal with people who are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
