I called Sullyfield Carpet & Upholstery to see if they would give me a quote for cleaning a couch. They said they couldn't do it over the phone but would send someone out to give me a free estimate. I asked if the estimate was free or if it would be free only if I agreed to do the work, and they assured me the estimate was free.
