No heart without Dr T If zero were possible right now might use it. Since Dr. Taddeo seemed wonderful and I had previously had no issue there with her in any form - one fair. However she is on maternity leave and you should avoid at all cost before she returns....certainly Dr. Velling - who no wonder left his practice in Ashburn July 2013 - the worst. Tried to get regular maintenance meds for 2 cats (7 + years on them - not new) as the promised large bottle never seemed to happen....and was told they needed blood work to fil... read more
Wonderful Service Took Snickers in as he was itching himself. I tried everything under the sun such as flea collars and shampoo. Decided to take him in and did some research on good local Vets. Saw the free exam special they were running and scheduled an appt. Set up was easy and they could get us in later in the afternoon. One look at Snickers and the Dr. found ear mites. My poor boy! I am so glad I took him in. Dr. and staff are excellent....
I was over at Banfield and left to find a Dr. That can treat my dog. I was pleased to find a real vet in the area. What I mean by that is a local veterinarian that is not corporate owned and can focus on our needs not looking to sell me the world. I loved the individualized care and attention. If this is something you seek then look no further.
Great experiance! I gave this hospital 5 stars as it truly represents World Class! From the first phone call to check out my wife and I felt extremely comfortable. The clinic is New and you can tell that Dr. Taddeo and staff take a great deal of pride in this practice.
