Horrible. Couldn't care less about following through. No internal communication. 3 weeks trying to get a bed for my 95 year old mother. Her doctors office calls me everyday, after speaking to Sullivan, to make sure they set up a delivery date. NOTHING. Called this afternoon and asked for a manager since Juan doesn't follow through and the manager told me they had no billing information from the doctor even though Juan confirmed to the doctor today it was all set.
