Everything was excellent. From the customer service to the actual viewing for my mom. They made this difficult time a little easier in a difficult time. Very quick with at getting everything taken care of. Thank you so much!!
My father died on May 20, 2009 and his viewing and funeral were handled by Sullivan's. It was handled better than we ever could have expected and Jackson Taylor was so patient and accomodating. He took my sister and I through the entire process and honored the joy that was my father's life. I would recommend the services they provide and their professional and caring manner to anyone. Thank you so much.
Nothing was set up when the family arrived. Having family move to set up. Very disruptive while we were trying to mourn our love one. Unorganized, disrespectful and very nonprofessional. The entire family deserve a sincere appology from your staff. I would not even give a rating of one star. I have an entire letter written on the whole experience from the phone call I made to you and my brother was titled "The Remains." to the disruption during the family private viewing time.
