I added some screenshots of my previous appointments as proof that it's not a fake review. I wasn't going to go into detail because I figured I'd get a snarky response like the others but the reason I'm leaving a bad review is because she's rude and has a bad attitude. I had my hair cut by her a few times a couple of years ago but stopped going to her because of it. Had high hopes for this being my new go to place for a haircut that has now left me disappointed. The first time I came here my haircut took an hour and a half and it's not what I wanted. Couldn't see myself because I was turned away from the mirror. Owner called to apologize. Gave this place a second try and was pleased enough to come back a third time. Horrible customer service. I’ve called for days in a row, tried the website but it was down, and when I finally scheduled a $56 haircut, she called the next day to tell me that she’s not taking new clients! Then why promote yourself?!?! . I know she cuts hair great but it seems like the owner took a bigger bite than she can chew and doesn't have a a grasp on the customer service.
