Serious lack of customer service. Don't expect much after you enroll
Been a student on and off since 2006 was great at first now that I am trying to come back its been a total nightmare they appear to no longer have my transcripts from my high school or colleges no transcripts request forms my program isn't even offered anymore I should get to choose new program instead of forced into one
Great school with a very attentive teaching staff. They truly do care that you succeed and will do everything they can to help along the way. With that being said make sure you double and triple check your financial planning as I have found frequent mistakes that could cost big if they weren't caught.
