Poor customer service. I have only had negative experiences in attempting to work with Sullivan Tree and Landscape. In the first case, I attempted to contract with them to have several trees removed but they were so lackadaisical in returning my calls and creating an estimate that I used another company. More recently, they agreed to rescue our cat trapped in an oak tree. After coming by the property, the workman said that he would return with the appropriate tools in an hour. Wonderful reponse time and Quality Work – We hired the crew of Sullivan Tree over the summer to help us with some huge trees that needed to be removed from our property. We were very nervous about the work taking place as we have some quality landscaping that we didn't want damaged. The crew was extremely knowledgable and respectful of our property. Extremely disappointed – Everything seemed ok when we hired these guys. One knowlegeable-sounding guy gave us a free estimate, price was reasonable and credentials checked out. Then a bunch of bozos showed up to do the job. They knew nothing about trees, trashed my lawn and did some serious damage my prize roses....We even had some personal property missing when they were done, which was never returned. Owner refuses to return my calls. Home owners beware!

always Responsive – The Arborists of Sullivan Tree have always been responsive to our tree care needs. From major damage that has occured due to a storm to recommendations on plant diseases we have counted on their experience to help us at times of need. I feel that the staff have always treated our propety as it were there own taking care not to damage the lawn and other plants when they have been here working.
