Giving a major shout out to Rob Legros, who is the manager at the Sullivan Tire in Norwell. My daughter had close to a flat tire, and Rob and his techs took care of it 15 minutes before closing. My daughter went to Firestone first big mistake. They tried to take advantage of her and sell her 4 tires. Never go to Firestone.
Chris ketterer allows his employees to be rude and disrespectful to customers and doesn’t seems to think it’s a problem that there store managers treat customers Badly , I highly recommend not doing business with any Sullivan tires stores in Massachusetts and find a locally owned tire shop where you will be treated correctly and appreciated for the money you spend at there shop . Sullivan will damage your stuff. And treat you badly and not be held accountable for it
OVER PRICED I had an Over the Road Break down with one of my 53ft Trailers. Sullivan Tires was recommended by another shop that didn't have enough room on their lot to perform part of the repair. The repair was done promptly and our truck was back on the road. Unfortunately , this Tire Company doesn't know the difference between a TRUCK REPAIR and a TRAILER REPAIR. I bought 4 tires and brakes at the Braintree location in October maybe? I wasn't going to return because they never answer the phone and I felt they were annoyed when I asked that they fix the tire pressure light . I then got a nail in my tire right before Christmas. Triple A put on the spare and I returned to Sullivan tire in Braintree to get it plugged. I asked for an oil change as well. They tried to charge me 241$? I said no absolutely not! I contacted them about an issue about their use of latex gloves. I got a wonderful response: Thank you for reaching out. I reached out to our purchasing department to find out if we have a non-latex glove available for our service centers. The great news I heard is that as a company we are moving away from using latex gloves. We now have a Nitrile glove vendor that our service centers will be using moving forward.
