I had a very disappointing experience with Sullivan Tire Commercial Division in Portland, Maine. I was at a company nearby when I discovered that one of the tires on my truck was damaged. One of the worst tire dealers in New England. Zero accountability for staff that damage your wheels. This wheel was damaged by their incompetent staff. And they refuse to fix or replace the wheel. This whole corporation is a JOKE. Train your staff on how to properly handle high end wheels or dont offer the service and say I am sorry our technicians are not trained properly on wheels of this nature or something INSTEAD OF DAMAGING PEOPLES PROPERTY.

I went to the Bridgewater location of Sullivan Tire and was waited on by the shop foreman, I didn't get his name because he didn't offer his name when I ask(?). I was sent there by Goodyear themselves because I had an issue with a Goodyear Eagle ll 275/45 R20 this service person was Rude to me for no reason whatsoever. He came out to see the damaged tire that was inside my Audi Q7 rear hatch. And of course without even considering that this tire was a defective tire, he blamed me ,saying it was damaged by hitting something?!... read more

My daughter had a doctor's appointment in Portland for her two-year-old son I was told all four tires had wires showing and should be changed I agreed to pay over the phone and when the job was done they called me back and said no charge the tires four brand new tires were free I offered to pay $100 tip and they refused it Veri stand up people I appreciate what you've done for my daughter thank you very much

Giving a major shout out to Rob Legros, who is the manager at the Sullivan Tire in Norwell. My daughter had close to a flat tire, and Rob and his techs took care of it 15 minutes before closing. My daughter went to Firestone first big mistake. They tried to take advantage of her and sell her 4 tires. Never go to Firestone.
