These guys really hooked me up! As an owner operator where we spend our money is very important. These guys offered me multiple options to fix my trailer tire. They didn't pressure me and gave me time to make my decision. Once I did they had me back on the road in less than an hour. I will be getting all of my semi truck tires from them when I'm in the Northeast. Affordable, friendly, free coffee ☕️. A win win as far as I'm concerned. I highly recommend them for your big truck tires!
I highly recommend Sullivan. I need a tire changed on my trailer. I went till the shop and within 15 minutes they were already on it. They got me back on the road with no down time. The techs are great. Thanks again.
We had a simple flat repair done on site here, but Sullivan Tire in Chicopee gained a new customer by the way they handled this efficiently quickly and at a good price. We will be buying all future tires here after this one interaction with the folks there, they really know how to treat people with respect, and that's more important than anything else. I didn't catch the Tech's name but both he and the sales rep were 100% legit. Tech was done with the job in under 20 minutes, which was fantastic.
Great service, Great price. Excellent customer service
Zac is very good person 🫶
