I brought my 2023 Toyota Crown here for new tires and an oil change shortly before last Christmas. I spent roughly 1000 dollars. Long story short, they ended up totaling my car due to their technician's incompetence. . Their business insurance payment ended up paying out after 4 long months. However, I don't think I was compensated adequately for the months without my car or for the replacement car.
I went in for a tire rotation and wheel alignment, waited an hour just for the clerk to tell me I needed two new tires, and they didn’t want to do any service. Waste of time! They could have checked before instead of wasting an hour of my time, I will not be retuning to this location.
These people are guardian angels. After an absolutely horrible experience with Alamo rental car regarding a flat tire situation, these guys went turbo mode customer service and got us set up with a brand new tire so we could continue our Boston Marathon/Easter weekend.
Unfortunately had to come visit these guys because I had a blowout on one of my tires. The tech Gavin was great! He took his time got the car on the lift without any damage! The tires look great and my Corvette is back on the road. Called the day before and made an appointment. Start to finish did a great job and showed that they take care of customers vehicles
Greeted and treated professionally during my appointment. My vehicle issue identified to me with recommendation as to how to proceed. I approved the work which was completed per the provided cost estimate. Work was done in a timely fashion. I would consider coming back to this location for any further work I might need down the road.
