As always, everyone was great. We were in and out quickly.
Waited a week for an appointment with this waste of time shop. Brakes are making noise probably pads and rotors. Had a 745 appointment. Left my car directly in front of the shop and keys in the drop box. 11 am hasnt been touched. Now backpedaling saying it was only in for a brake inspection and will be done by end of day. Why on god’s green earth would i wait A WEEK for a brake inspection?!? Never using this place again.
I brought my 2023 Toyota Crown here for new tires and an oil change shortly before last Christmas. Long story short, they ended up totaling my car due to their technician's incompetence.
