Prior to finding Sullivan's I had tried two other tire companies and actually left due to being greeted with attitude and poor customer service. But when I walked into Sullivan's I was greeted and my car was pulled in at the appointment time requested. While I was waiting there was lots of laughter and interaction with staff, vendors and customers, it made the atmosphere pleasurable and the wait didn't feel as long.
