Took my Jeep here for an alignment. They did a great job, fast, at a reasonable price. They were very kind and courteous.
My husband and I dropped my car off to have 4 tires done plus an alignment. Our appointment was at 10 am. By 1pm we had not heard anything and had called to check in with the staff. They stated that the car would not be done till 4pm.. 5pm at the latest. At 5pm we arrived at Sullivan to find my car in the same parking spot with nothing done to it.
