I needed a tire immediately after a large tractor trailer had a blow out and I was not able to avoid a huge chunk of their tire that was bouncing on the highway. If you drive such a vehicle, check your tires often! He took out three vehicles with one blown tire! Anywho! My mechanic 🧰 recommended Sullivan and I called them. Prices are great. But giving a 2 star because they told me they can’t patch my tire up and have to get a new tire. Toyota did it for free.
Erick and Mike and another salesperson whose name I didn’t catch were all great - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They really made sure the process was easy, quick and thorough. Even went above and beyond to shuttle me home and back so I didn’t miss work. I’d recommend them to friends and family, and will be back for rotations and my next set of tires.
