Just bought four new tires from Sullivan tire in Sturbridge. GREAT experience. Very friendly and professional. The entire staff was great and the place is spotless. Highly recommend
Delighted to have found Sullivan Tire and Auto. We're on an extended trip pulling our travel trailer and an oil change and tire rotation are due. Sullivan has earned great reviews and I was able to schedule online the next day. They took my vehicle right away and finished the needed service within about 35 minutes. No pressure to purchase extra services. Bonus, they have a touchless car wash on site which my truck desperately needed.
Ran over a bolt on 90 West on my way to CT. We stopped in to the Sturbridge location to get a new tire. Dylan Saunders was very helpful, polite, and had us on our way within an hour. Can't thank Dylan and the mechanic enough as my husband is disabled and this made the unfortunate experience a positive result. Janet Burke
