Customer Service was great...They met the Timetable they told me and there were no hidden fees I would recommend Sullivan Tire to anyone needing new tires
Paul and his team were great. Unfortunately, the service could not be completed because one of the wheels I purchased from someone else was damaged, but Paul explained everything clearly and recommended getting a replacement for safety reasons. He also helped me find another wheel and guided me to make the right purchase. Customer service was great, and I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism.
Awesome staff to work with and excellent work.
My Outback was out of alignment after the winter. Since it was under 6K miles since I got my alignment there, they took care of it free of charge. It was much appreciated!
Paul was great with explaining options for exhaust repair. And the crew got it done asap on the weekend, too. Thanks!
