I have been a patron at Sullivan’s for many years have personally had only good experiences up until today. I dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change/tire changeover. I called at 230 to check on the status and was told it would be ready before everyone went home. I hadn’t received a call at 445 so decided to drive and just wait at the shop.
