If you can find another place I would recommend you doing so. Seems like they just want to sell you new tires. Lots of excuses to up sell you.
Quick & Fair
After taking our car out of winter storage, we noticed strange noises emanating from under the car. We did not have an appointment at Sullivan Tire but Jeff offered to have us come in for a look. Sure enough, the problem was solved. In addition, Sullivan Tire checked our tires and battery. This was exceptional customer service. We will be back!
