This team consistently surprises me. I showed up thinking I had several issues that needed immediate attention. Rather than just performing services and charging me for them, they helped me with what needed to get done, holding off on things that weren't necessary. I am grateful to Sullivan Tire because of the interactions I've always had with the staff over the last 12 or so years. Today, although there were a lot of customers, I watached Robin talk with each one, help them out, and smile. Yeah, I was one of them, of course! Robin was able to show me why my brake pads didn't need to be replaced, something I had asked about earlier. Always very glad that Sullivan Tire is so close and so good.
