Here's my experience, set up an appointment online, picked out new tires, on Tuesday for an appointment Thursday. Thursday comes, trucks on the lift, and magically, they don't have the tires we ordered, they won't be in for 3 weeks, and the tires they have are $40 extra per tire. RecommendedCouldn’t recommend more. I had a lot of expensive work done and Adam worked with me tirelessly to see what my warrantee covered. I’ve been to numerous shops and didn’t feel I had truthful service. I’m so glad I listened to someone’s advice and came here. Adam was nothing but helpful and patient. I even (like a jerk) contacted him on his day off and he got back to me. The team was in constant communication with me and worked around my very hectic work schedule. I’m so grateful for the work done and I will definitely be back!
you people are horrible worst mechanics evere! I spent 3 months trying to get you to fix my a.c. all you did was destroy my car and cause it to stall and have no brakes and give me an attuide! I then take it to your crapy nashua location to finally get my money back and they completely destroy my whole console I have no back up camera no radio nothing!!! you people suck!

I had all new brakes installed in my Jeep last fall, had an alignment done. 3 months later it failed an alignment check during a state inspection. No one else has touched the tires since then and today during an oil change and tire rotation it was discovered that 2 of the lug nuts/studs were crossthreaded on one wheel and needed to be replaced as soon as possible.
