RecommendedGreat service and experience at the Lewiston store over the last year. Knowledgeable about the tires they sell for the application and were awesome about warranty items. I had brakes done almost a year ago and one of them started to make a noise. They changed it out after diagnosing the problem without any hassle. The tech spoke to me personally and was great.
Awful service!!! Had an appt scheduled at 10am for a winter tire change over and oil change. 4 hours later (2pm) car still hasn’t been touched! Appt was made a week ago. Isn’t the point of an appt to have it done at that time?? Car was brought in by my husband with 2 kids in tow. Who had to sit and wait around. Now it’s 6pm (closing time) scrambling to switch over the tires. Oil change not even done. And they were throwing out the tires we told them we were keeping!!!! These people denied me a sticker and told me I needed hundreds of dollars of work done. An older Kia, in good condition but high miles. I went somewhere else for the inspection sticker and it passed no problem. Either they cheated me because I’m a woman or they do it to everyone.
So Lewiston / Auburn people listen up. I took my wife's car to Sullivan Tire Lisbon st in Lewiston Maine today for a state inspection and I get a call back with a quote of $ 1077 ( WHOA ) and I tell them hold off ( ABSOLUTELY NOT ) and I call up Evergreen Subaru where I get my car worked on and ask them will you work on my wife's Ford ? Sure they say bring it on over. Long story short $ 457 to get a sticker and some really decent ethical and kind people took care of us. Last night was a awesome experience with two gentlemen (Rob Musgrove and Steve) they went over and beyond for us in a bad situation. We want to send a great big thanks to both of them. Thanks for staying late and helping us to get back on the road.
