I went to have a tire plugged. I was referred by another company because of a long wait time. When I got there I was told it was only going to be a little over an hour. I had my elderly mom and her dog with me. After an hour went by I asked how much longer. I was told another 45 mins. I explained that the reason I waited the hour instead of the other company was because of my mom and the dog. They were very nice and got the car in within the next 5 minutes. The guys at the Bangor Mall Blvd store are great! Super helpful and they always take great care of our vehicles.
I picked up a nail in my tire, and even though they had a full schedule, they managed to squeeze me in. They took care of it promptly and, best of all, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. That was greatly appreciated! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!
Don’t go here for your AC. Last Wednesday I had an appointment with them to figure out what was wrong with my AC and to fix it. I get there and they tell me they can’t take my car in because “the guy that does AC repairs isnt here” you would think they would call everyone that had an AC appointment and reschedule/cancel. I was understanding and rescheduled with them for this Wednesday. I go in and drop my car off and everything is well!
