I've been using this garage for over 10 years and have always had positive experiences. The work is solid, the prices are reasonable, and the scheduling is more accurate than what small garages are able to maintain. I've always been treated with respect by the managers, past and present, and I fully trust the current manager Adam.
Very helpful, friendly, HONEST and they will try to help you save money when possible. This is what I said 7 years ago. The place was great when it was Goodyear. Sullivan Tire bought the business. The staff stayed friendly and helpful. But each year the parent company would raise their prices, and direct staff to offer fewer discounts. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years. Sullivan tire became so expensive I go elsewhere. I no longer recommend them.
My recent visit to Sullivan Tire was outstanding! The manager, the crew, and the receptionist did a 110 percent job and completed my service and evaluation of my vehicle within a very reasonable amount of time. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you very much for the outstanding visit and experience!
Highly recommend Sullivans Tire at the Mall. Adam and Eric and their crew are great. You can trust there work!
