My battery died last night so I went online and made an appointment for earlier this morning before I had to go to work. I got there when they opened and they had the battery replaced in 15 minutes. To say that that was outstanding service is an understatement. Kind, polite, professional, fast, outstanding service.
First time visiting Sullivan Tire in Bedford. Scheduled 2 state inspections for our vehicles on separate days. The service waiting area is clean, they offer refreshments, and have a TV. Both appointments were easy to schedule, my vehicles were taken back fairly quickly and work completed in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely consider Sullivan Tire for future auto repair/maintenance and would highly recommend them.
