Took me on time. Checked condition of my brakes per my request. Finished quickly. Fair price.
Great experience from start to finish. The appointment process was straight forward, got a confirmation text right away. Our tire tech Brian was awesome, explained everything he did and had the job done while we had lunch at the 99! Highly recommend.
Sullivan Tires in Seabrook almost got an extra $1000 out of me by telling me I needed new ball joints! Said the tech won’t do an alignment with out them. I called my cousin and he said to bring it to him. I told Sullivan Tire not to do anything other than tires, as I was getting a second opinion. She said the tech would provide pictures. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, no pictures and nothing in writing that I needed ball joints!
