Very attentive and friendly customer service. Very easy and helpful process to price match as well. I had a flat tire and a tow to tackle, and Francisco put me at ease through the process. Thank you very much to Francisco for help with intake, and to the other gentleman for making checkout very pleasant and easy. I highly recommend this location! Great service.
When I went in knowing what kind of tires I wanted for my wife’s CRV They were very easy to deal with and gave me good savings on a Promotional sale Though I gave them the whole day to do it, they put them on within an hour without trying to sell me other things I know I don’t need I like this place and they were very easy to deal with
I always come to Sullivan first. I was very happy with the greeting, communication, and service. I needed an oil change, but the free tire rotation would be due soon, so they took care of that at the same time, saving me another trip later. I felt that I was in good hands! The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Dropped my car off for tire rotation/balancing warranty work this morning. The car was in at 8:30am and ready at 11:00 am. My experiences scheduling, dropping off and picking up were seamless and Francisco and team were professional and did a great job. Highly recommended Sullivan Tire. These guys are great!
Francisco took the time to listen to me to understand the repair needs of my vehicle. As we use our van for a theater company. The 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L is an older Honda that I know will run forever if properly maintained. As I have always kept it maintained. Since we donated it to our theater company we can't spend money on "nice to have" fixes, but focus on safety and drive-ability fixes (thus why my rear wiper was never fixed - maybe you can give me have a good deal on the repair :-)).
