Terrible experience at queen annes corner Sullivan tire. They attempted to sell me on repairs not needed on my jeep that were $1400. Buyer beware

I came in Sunday and needed to get 4 new tires, pads, and rotors. Unfortunately it took longer than expected but they stayed and finished the job without complaint. The customer service was fantastic and the car is now back on the road with peace of mind that it’s safe and can stop! I heard them take care of every person that came in with professionalism and care, even if it was close to closing. Very happy.
First class operation! From inquiring about purchasing 4 new tires and front brakes for my 2012 F150, Jim Resendes made the entire process so simple and stress free.
