Had low tire pressure, I told them the idiot light was on.They just added air to all tires told me that would fix the problem. Woke up with a flat tire, called AAA they changed tire to the donut tire. They found a nail in tire but they dont repair flats. Brought the tire to Sullivans they took it and said come back next day. I came back the next day they could t put on my vehicle. I took the tire with me and called AAA to install it. Sullivans charged me $30 to plug a nail hole. had to have my alignment and tires rotated - they were friendly and extremely prompt-They had installed news tires before and they had notified me it was time to have the above done - extremely happy with their service
i made an appointment at sullivan tired in sudbury for friday at 11am for my check engine light and a right rear tire pressure leak. i went in for my appointment and the woman told me they were unable to deal with the check engine light because the car needs to be brought in early in the morning to get that done. i asked her why they scheduled my appointment at 11 knowing what i needed fixed if they couldn’t do anything about it and she didn’t have an answer for me. i wouldn’t have been as upset if it didn’t ruin my entire w... read more
One visit to get oil change& inspection sticker had vehicle 8hrs. When picked up told they don't do inspections at this location even though they booked it only got oil change& had to take my vehicle elsewhere.. Big inconvenience for me. Second experience just as bad. Brought vehicle for 4 new tires could not get the job done in an 8hr. day . Only had 3 good tires&had to finish the job next day. Bad customer service. Cappellano family.
I started off going to this location for a corporate fleet vehicle. Due to the professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality of the employees I now prefer to tale my personal vehicle here for any repairs as well. A little on the high side of pricing, but the competency of the technicians is npt likely to be beat elsewhere.
I have been bringing in my cars to Sullivan's in Watertown for about ten years. They have never let me down.
My car battery died and I had AAA jump start it. The AAA guy suggested that I take it to an auto repair shop and have it charged further for a couple of hours, so I took the car to Sullivan Tire and left it. They called me later and told me that I needed a new battery. I was skeptical and told them no. When I picked up the car the guy at the desk told me again that the battery was defective and needed to be jump started. Stay away from this place unless you have money to throw away. went in for an alignment,they stated I needed new front struts, left there and got my struts checked out at two other repair shops, they were fine- got my alignment and was down the road after wasting time getting 2nd and third opinion. This place is nothing but a rip-off!
