I started off going to this location for a corporate fleet vehicle. Due to the professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality of the employees I now prefer to tale my personal vehicle here for any repairs as well. A little on the high side of pricing, but the competency of the technicians is npt likely to be beat elsewhere.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DRASTICALLY OVER CHARGE FOR THERE PARTS AND LABOR AND DO NOT HONOR THERE WARRANTIES.
In and out w/ no problem I had a bad day at work last year. In the process of driving home I didn't turn as far as I should have and hit a curb. I stopped at the post office but I couldn't tell if the tire was good or not. After getting home a relative told me it looked bad enough so I had to get a new one. I called Sears and they told me that they'd charge me the same pretty much of what sullivan did...BUT they also "had to check" something else that might be another $125! WHAT!
