Have had my vehicle at this location twice for alignments and both times it went in with a pull and left with a pull. First alignment the steering wheel was left crooked, brought it up during check in and asked to have the tech make sure the steering was straight and left with it worse than it was when I brought it in. I made selections for a report printout, tire inspection and pressure check, and was not provided with the printout and the tires were never touched. Went today to get my inspection sticker. They were super friendly and it was really fast. Very pleased!
The gentleman at the service desk was great - they always are at Sullivan! Easy to book appointment, finished in a timely manner, and communication was clear. Thank you!
Taken our car here four times now. Each time they’re unhelpful and pretty rude. Also, Never try to get a sticker. Their sticker machine is “broken” more than McDonalds ice cream machine.
