In Dec 2022, one of my new tires (purchased at Walmart) had a broken valve and leaking air. To get the tire fixed, I brought it to Sullivan Tire, Braintree MA. They told me I would need a replacement tire (not valve) and I purchased one new tire from this company. Two and a half years and 43K miles later, only one tire is completely bald with no tread depth at all. The other three are perfectly fine with even wear and tear. Have had my vehicle at this location twice for alignments and both times it went in with a pull and left with a pull. First alignment the steering wheel was left crooked, brought it up during check in and asked to have the tech make sure the steering was straight and left with it worse than it was when I brought it in. I made selections for a report printout, tire inspection and pressure check, and was not provided with the printout and the tires were never touched.
