Had a surprise nail in my GR corolla tire, high speed rated tire, on memorial day weekend. Bummer. But Sullivan tire took my wheel in right away, and performed a proper internal repair. No damage to the black wheel, and balanced after. Very very pleased
They installed the 4 new tires I wanted and performed an alignment of my AWD VW Taos, while I waited. Took 1 hour. Couldn't be happier. Helpful and Pleasant as always. We've been using Sullivan Tire for over 20 years, having them put new tires on our many different vehicles (and other work as needed). Have never been disappointed.
First time at Sullivan Tires, I was impressed with the experience. Sean S. helped me, he went through several options with me , they took my Ford Explorer and had everything done in the same day. I got Goodyear WeatherReady 2 tires and they look great. The manager Michael was very nice as well. I will definitely be back for future services.
They don't make an effort to be polite.
would get 5 stars if they had cleaned the tires. Good experience overall! Dropped vehicle off at 10am and was done by 1:45. I would recommend cleaning the tire(s) after installation. The sidewall still has white sealant/lubricant smeared on it from the mounting process. I had to wipe off myself.
