Not a FAN! Called about screw in tire and to get a plug, was told by Kevin I got screwed and bring car in tomorrow. Husband brought car in and was told tires were dried up and bald and I needed an alignment and had a hung up caliper that was not rotating. My vehicle was just at my mechanics for an inspection sticker and oil change 2 weeks prior. My name is Paul Berube owner of Berube's Automotive and I have worked in the auto repair business for over 30 years. On August 24th, I brought my personal vehicle to Sullivan Tire in Watertown, purchased four new tires and gave instructions to make sure the weights were mounted on the inside of the wheels. I arrived at Sullivan Tire at 8:20AM on August 25th for my appointment. The best service on the island
Had a gift car for an oil change at Sullivan Tire. Had the service performed and than an employee machanic came out to tell me of the nessacary repairs need on my car! I also asked to have my tire pressure checked. Problem one, both front tires had bald tred on the inside of each tire. $156. Left frone sensor was defective. $79.95 Alignment. $99.99; Rear brakes $412.30 Over $800 in repairs? Car was inspected just 3 month ago.
