Took my car there to get new tires. They asked if I need an alignment and told them I don't because it was driving perfectly fine. Got the car back after a few hours and the car kept going left. Terrible. Called and asked for management, took them awhile to call back. Instead of being professional, he gave me an attitude and chuckled through out our conversation. Trying to assert his dominance.

I deliver life saving medical equip and on Friday I hit a curb to make way for an ambulance and got a flat tire..! It was 100 degress outside and now frantic . I was nearby Sullivan Tire in Weymouth and pretty much rode the rim to get to them. When i arrived, they saw i was frantic and explained my situation, they had me back on the road legit under a half hour and didnt need to re arrange my entire schedule ! For that , I will give you 5 more stars !! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This place is to be avoided. No matter what they will find an issue. There MO is that it's a unique part which they need to order. I've spent $700+ on a car rental waiting for them to get a 48 cent part. Zero customer concern. It's my fault because AAA Recommended
