Very helpful, brought my car in for a tire inspection. Another place failed the inspection because the tire had a line. They inspected and turns out it’s very normal. Lots of tires have them it’s where the tire closed when it was put together. Saved me a headache to replace perfectly fine tires and not pay for new ones for no reason.

I recently had my truck serviced at Sullivan Tire in Waltham, and as always, the experience was excellent. I want to especially commend Tim at the front desk. He's consistently kind, patient, and goes out of his way to help. Whether it's answering questions, scheduling appointments, or just providing a friendly face, Tim makes a real difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location especially because of Tim's excellent customer service.
