Made an appointment as a new patient, gave my insurance info. Now, 3.5 weeks later I arrive for the appointment and am told they do not accept my insurance!!! I ask why I was not told this in the past month while I've had the appointment arranged - got a blank stare. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT OFFICE. No referrals provided, no apology.
Dr. Sullivan is personable, caring, super engaged to determine the problem and a solution to help you. I would highly recommend that if you need a great neurosurgeon, you call her office.
Dr. Sarah E. Sullivan is caring and knowledgeable. She doesn't rush you through your appointment, she takes her time with you. She explains things so that you understand them in layman's terms and I appreciate this since I'm a complicated case.
