I really like the dentist and hygienist and have been coming here for years. However, the scheduling end of things is an absolute unprofessional nightmare. I’ve had 2 appointments cancelled (on their end) and another for which I was told the dentist would not be in the office for but I could “still come anyway.” They have not been able to reschedule me for these cancelled appointments. Good, quick, efficient, and friendly.
Dr. Sullivan is amazing! He cares about his patients and is a wonderful dentist. The dental hygienists and staff are also fantastic. I highly recommend him.
Absolutely great dentist office definitely one of the best in Kalamazoo. The front desk receptionist dose always seem a little grumpy and seems to hate her job. Dr.Roger S is a master at his craft and has clearly been doing this for a very long time. His Nurses are amazing which makes up for the receptionistbad attitude.5 star's
