Beautiful ocean views from one of two balconies. A very nice spacious one bedroom two bath condo. Very big and open living room. Sitting on the couch looking out at the ocean. Highly recommend this room. Would stay here again in the future
We love the Sands of Kahana. The views are spectacular. The outside windows really needed washing, but that's about the only critical thing I have to say.

As I am sure the view and location is spectacular, I can not say anything good about the customer service. I booked the through VRBO and had to cancel my reservation, unfortunately. I went on to VRBO and cancelled, within the time frame to get 95% of my deposit back. I waited 2 days and expected to get at least a confirmation as VRBOs site said my cancellation was pending the approval of Sullivan. I texted the number that VRBO provided and the person responding said he/she would look into it. I had not heard anything so I te... read more
we just came back from Maui. It was absolutely wonderful. property was great and communication with staff was easy and they were very knowledgeable. we will see them next year.
