We love the Sands of Kahana. The views are spectacular. The outside windows really needed washing, but that's about the only critical thing I have to say.
Love the units they have to offer. Perfect vacation all around
As I am sure the view and location is spectacular, I can not say anything good about the customer service. I booked the through VRBO and had to cancel my reservation, unfortunately. I went on to VRBO and cancelled, within the time frame to get 95% of my deposit back. I waited 2 days and expected to get at least a confirmation as VRBOs site said my cancellation was pending the approval of Sullivan. we just came back from Maui. It was absolutely wonderful. property was great and communication with staff was easy and they were very knowledgeable. we will see them next year.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Sands of Kahana! It was so nice to be in room 122 which had Air-Conditioning since we were there during some very warm weather in late August to early September. It was so nice to sleep in the nice cool room after a busy day of great fun in the sun!
