Sands of Kahana is an amazing place right on the beach with a pool and Captain Jacks poolside restaurant. Sullivan Properties took care of us with four units for our extended family. It couldn't have been better.
This review is for Kari Alexander. She is not a licensed agent but showed a property they manage. She (on video) claimed that the would not be accepting HUD vouchers, which is against fair housing laws to state (or to discriminate on the basis of). Her attitude and entitlement during the "tour" was incredibly rude and hurtful. She should not be showing units without knowledge of fair housing laws. And should just be a decent human being. Our family vacation in a 3 bedroom oceanfront condo could not have been more perfect. The facilities were comfortable, view spectacular and management company, excellent.
