Great little pharmacy way better service then Walgreens will be going here for now on
I have been going to Sullivan Pharmacy for a couple years now, and at first they were friendly, got my medicines and everything just fine. But recently, because I asked for my pen needles to be filled by the pharmacy, and although they are not able to fill it because it won't be filled until the 20 of this month, which I understand. What I am NOT going to tolerate are the ladies that work their, yelling at me on the phone, while yelling at each other. Lazy employees refused to fill a script because they didn't want to put her insurance information in. Then she proceeded to lie and say they couldn't fill because they were out. Yet we were standing right there and heard them clearly say they did. Then change their minds because they didn't want to work. She then said I had to use a single pharmacy another lie.
Much happier going here, a locally-owned business, than to a chain pharmacy. Attentive and engaged staff who successfully appear to appreciate my being there - which is sadly often at my current stage of life.
