I put my precious Mother in here. BIG MISTAKE! I took her out the very next day! The rep came to the hospital bringing flowers. She gave us a tour of the facility. We did not look at the long term care facility. ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE! Please do not place anyone you love at Sullivan Park!
I hate to give such a low review for this place, as there are MANY caring and hardworking aides and therapists who do work here. However, I found the wards to be seriously understaffed. While there for a brief convalescent stay, I found it very difficult to get prompt care. On several occasions, it took very long TOO long, to get pain medication. The lovely lady who was my roommate couldn't get timely assistance to use the bathroom, much to her embarrassment. I cannot, in conscience, recommend a long-term stay in this facili... read more
what ever you do please please please don't put your elderly family members in this nursing home uncaring staff refused to give my mom her medication they said she had no quality life left nursing supervisor is very very cold you hate to here she has no quality life so why not just let her die
