Great doctor, and a great guy!
MUCH better experience with Dr. Sullivan and his great staff, than the chain (Visionworks) down the street. Good selection of frames & options, a thoroughly competent doctor, and always an enjoyable visit.
I visited Sullivan Optical last week and it was the best experience that I've had at an eye doctor. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, got me set up as a new patient, and answered the questions that I had. Dr. Sullivan was very kind and explained everything. He asked me questions to better understand me and my vision needs. He made me feel comfortable and he listened to my concerns. I found the staff arrogant and judgmental. They did not try to hide it. They also did not take Excellus.
