I had an amazing experience at the pathology this morning. I had some issues with my request form, but needed my bloods drawn today for certain reasons. Kitty was an absolute legend. She went out of her way to help me to get my bloods drawn. Amazing customer service, and outstanding spirit! Never had such a good time at a pathology despite all the odds being against me Thanks Kitty you made my day!
