I always leave feeling seen and heard.
Everything great until i received a phone call regarding my lab results. He left me a message. I wanted to speak with him more about the results so I called back. I got his assistants VM and left a message and have not received a phone call back. It's been 24 hours. I also sent a message on the patient portal and no response either.
Moved over an 1 1/2 away and still want to see him. Awesome Doctor. Both my wife and I have been very happy.
It was my annual physical but he was willing to listen to me.
Michael is the most caring, personal, and wonderful provider I've ever seen. He always takes his time with you and you always feel he has listened thoroughly to you. Love this Man and have the utmost respect for him.
Michael has always been attentive to my needs and concerns. He never brushes me off and quickly gets me out. I have been going to him for a number of years not only because of that but because of his knowledge and expertise. He is I believe a vital staff member of you practice.
It always brightens my day to visit Michael. He takes time to listen and personally calls with lab results. The receptionists are kind and knowledgeable. They are very helpful with my insecurities regarding switching insurance.
He is a wonderful personality. when he leaves the patient room, he becomes distracted. My prescriptions sent to the pharmacy ( supposedly ), do not get received at the Walmart pharmacy ! IS there a way to receive a paper print - out for the visit w/ M. Sullivan . the pharmacy always claim that nothing is received , and I am able to see the screen !! Thank you for your prompt respons. Michael has been helping me with my hormones for about 5 years. At this last visit, I decide to make the switch, and have him become my Primary Care Provider. He's an excellent listener and takes my entire health into consideration.
