Very helpful administrative support and prompt, professional assistance from the technical support especially Jeremy. There were multiple plumbing problems which were all dealt with efficiently and effectively. With each issue we were shown what had happened and how it was going to be resolved, everything was explained thoroughly and respectfully.
This Saturday afternoon I found my hot water tank deformed and leaking, I called Sullivan Mechanical and talked with Lucas. In 30mins he was over to my house with a new tank in his truck, within 3 hrs of the call he had the old tank out, new one online and heating up. Big shout out and thanks to Lucas and the Sullivan Mechanical team!
