Been training for years from some grappling to american style kickboxing and muay thai and the style of what george and rob have are top notch and what works in sport and real world application. The quality and instruction here is top super high level. Best striking in the area. Gives a family vibe w no bs. Taught by instructors and not students. Workouts push you and w instruction to proper techniques.
