I am trying to have my welding shop covered in my house which is attached in the garage underneath. I called Mark a couple months ago and asked him to cover me. Have no idea if he covered me or what, he had ghosted me and he says he will take care of it but then I am ghosted. I also need general liability insurance for my shop. Have I heard anything regarding this, no. I am so frustrated with this insurance business.
I was hit from behind by a client of Sullivan Insurance. The agent I'm dealing with, Keith Roberts has been unresponsive trying to get a claim submitted and information from their client. No updates are being provided. I can't imagine service is much better for their clients.
They came highly recommended and initial contact was positive. However, after discussing the needs of my business with Mark, I was ghosted. I sent multiple follow up messages asking for the quotes, and then asked him to let me know even if he was not able to move forward, and then gave him the courtesy of informing him that I was reaching out to him one final time.
