This hotel is underrated from the outside you would think it's a hole in the wall hotel but when you get into the rooms they are pretty decent I would of gave a full 5 stars if the hot water was up a little more but other then that this is a pretty decent hotel and I am 1 heck of a critic so to get this kind of review from me had to be earned good job Sullivan inn
I am traveling across country with pets and needed a room with a door outside on the main level do to elderly dog, this place by far exceeded my expectations that usually come with getting a "pet friendly" room, it was clean, the room was huge and everything updated, plus my dog had a huge field to run, I would highly recommend this place, from when I got here to when I left, everything was superb! Thank you Sullivan Inn!
Bed covered in Dog Urine on Arrival!!!!!!!!!! Owner said his cleaners dropped the ball in person when he checked the room himself with both my fiancé and I there. After he got us a room next door and admitted fault I thought we were good. Then he walks to the office 40 feet away calls my room insults me with a rude tone to his voice saying it was my dog totally doing a 180. I'd, like to start by saying that if you leave a negative review they suddenly have no record of your stay and that I'm mistaken. I'm not mistaken, this place is a cesspool. While, I was not a guest, the management are extremely unprofessional. I have people I care about staying there, I've gotten cussed out and yelled at because I couldn't pay their bill!
