Used their online feature to schedule an estimate for a complete new ac system. Was given a date and time, and rearranged my schedule for it. Called the morning of the appointment and confirmed it was on for that date, and they assured me it was between 9-12. Then proceeded to sit and wait, and the sales person never showed or called. Multiple calls to the office went unanswered or to a service that had no clue. I can not say enough GREAT things about Lou from Sullivan HVAC. He come right on time to repair my Mitsubishi split unit. Lou immediately diagnosed the problem and explained it to me clearly what supposed to be done to repair and the price was very affordable. Lou took his time to make sure that every is working. On more important thing I have to mention which never happened with any other companies. I lost little tightening screw, so Lou offer to go back home to find that little screw, THAT IS AMAZING that I call PROFESSION... read more
