We just finished building a house for the second time with Sullivan homes. Our first time around (in 2022) was a good experience and we were happy with the quality of our home. Our second time building was even better and I loved the changes that Sullivan has made! They allowed so many customizations, almost anything we wanted to do they were willing to help us with from structural customizations to finishes and design. We absolutely love our home. Sullivan Homes did an excellent job. The build even ended up finishing quicker than we had expected. Just a great all around experience from Shannon in the model home, to Marley on the design team, and Don as the superintendent. Everyone was so great to work with and everything went so smooth!

I’m so glad we chose Sullivan for our build. They’ve been amazing to work with and have really made sure everything turns out just the way I imagined. We are especially thankful for Don Jessop and Shannon Railsback. They’ve been honest and transparent with pricing, and it’s clear they genuinely care about us as clients. I was hesitant to go with a builder for my new home. It’s a huge investment of time and money with so many things that could go wrong in future years. I visited other builders in the area and decided to go with Sullivan! And I am so glad I did! Count me a fangirl.
