We can't say enough positives for our paralegal, Melissa. However, our junior attorney, who was kind throughout our year with the firm, fell short in the courtroom which caused us more costly issues and disappointment. When we asked to switch to a more experienced attorney in the firm we were asked to pay a $10,000 retainer on a permanent custody case that was not likely going to be put on the calendar for several months or withdraw from the firm. I have been working with Mrs. Sarah Gerow and she has been amazing. I’ve also spoken to Mr. Mark a couple times and they are both very professional, patient, very understanding of my situation. I am updated on everything even calls me to inform me of the small to major updates. Mrs. Gerow does not rush me what so ever. Her communication is amazing. With inflation and everything being so expensive she doesn’t constant ask for me to put funds in my trust fund, but respectfully reminds me when I do forget. This goes to again po... read more
