Kirk saved us last night when our furnace stopped working. With a baby at home and it being -20 with the wind chill, we were worried about keeping him warm. It's difficult to find someone who will respond 24/7, but Kirk called me back promptly, was at our house quickly despite it being late on a Friday night, shared tons of knowledge with us while looking over our furnace system, easily diagnosed the issue, and was able to get our furnace back up and running within an hour. I contacted Kirk earlier this year regarding my A/C and he was quickly able to find the problem and got it fixed. He also replaced our furnace system and made sure that everything is safely running now for the winter.
