Had them come out because my split unit wasn't working. They checked the system and found a loose fitting just needed to be tightened and didn't even charge me for the service. It's extremely hard to find honest HVAC companies in this day and age. I highly recommend

I had Sullivan Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and central air unit in my house and since then for more than a year it has not heated or cooled my home properly. They have been back to the house 6 or 7 times and know what the problem is but refuse to fix it. They actually tell me they are sending guys to fix it but they don’t show up and don’t call to let me know why. Now I can’t even get them in the phone.
