I scheduled appointments for A/C service at two locations, on different days. No one showed up for the first one, I called and left a message with the answering service. They never called back, and never showed up for the second appointment either. I understand that it was the busy season, but rhe courtesy of a phone call would be nice.
Sullivan installed 2 splits for me last year. Last week one of the drains got clogged due to animal activity outside. I called and spoke to their service. I returned to my office and sat down. Within 6 minutes I looked up and their truck was pulling into my parking lot. It’s 2025. I can’t even get my staff to show up that quick. Every single inquiry or issue is always immediately addressed. Highly recommend them
I’ve used this business to have a heating and cooling unit installed in my home. The installation was very professional neat and done in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable upon my questions about the work. I will definitely use these guys again and recommend them for family and friends.

Had them come out because my split unit wasn't working. They checked the system and found a loose fitting just needed to be tightened and didn't even charge me for the service. It's extremely hard to find honest HVAC companies in this day and age. I highly recommend
