Installed a new hot water boiler for us. They were A1
I spent $50k+ having sullivans install my boilers, generator and tanks. Things were fine, until I found out that they were charging me 20c+ more a litre than I could get elsewhere. I decided to move service, the company I replaced them with removed the tanks, returned them to sullivans and I got a refund for the propane in the tanks. I had only had 2 of them installed Feb 1 - it's now May 31. 4 months ago. They wouldn't refund the annual tank fee because there was "damage" to the tanks that were "brand new" when they were in... read more
