I had homeowner’s and auto insurance policies with Hanover Insurance through Sullivan Financial Group in Mahopac, NY. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was extremely troubling. My auto insurance policy was canceled without my authorization. What makes this especially concerning is that I contacted this agency specifically to prevent this from happening.
